Electric hot staple plastic repair kit for reinforcing and repairing cracked plastic parts. Includes 150W heated staple gun with corded power, assorted metal staples, and hand pliers/cutters for trimming/bending staples.
Commonly used on plastic housings and automotive plastics (e.g., bumpers, trim panels) or trash bins repair.
Heat the staple, embed across crack, allow to cool, then trim excess staple legs. Includes thermal smoothing heads to smooth/finish the repair surface. Let tool cool before storing; unplug before changing staples/tips. Keep heating tip/smoothing heads free of melted plastic residue. Do not use if power cord is damaged. Store staples dry to prevent corrosion.
