Hours & Location

We are open:

  • Wednesday: 6pm - 8pm
  • Thursday: 6pm - 8pm
  • Saturday: 10am - 2pm

We are in the basement of Immanuel Presbyterian Church (3300 Wilshire Blvd). Free off-street church parking is available for visitors. Here's a video on how to find us from the parking lot.

    A membership is required to borrow tools (you can sign up here), but our community space is open to everyone—come by and say hi!


    Borrowing

    • Borrow up to 10 tools at a time (not counting batteries and chargers)
    • Loan period is 11 days
    • You may renew once for another 11 days


    Renewal

    You can renew within three days of your due date, as long as no one else has the tools reserved.

    Please email librarian@latoollibrary.org with the request at least one day (24 hours) before your due date.


    First Time Borrower 

    On your first visit, you will need to:
    1. sign our waiver and the membership agreement
    2. bring a form of ID that matches your membership name
    3. bring a proof of address (e.g., mail addressed to you within the last 3 months, screenshot of an app with your name and mailing address).
